Instead of the electronic cigarette refills being able to screw onto the electronic cigarette battery the only difference is that instead of the liquid nicotine being in the cartridge you have to buy a separate bottle of liquid nicotine and drip the liquid nicotine into the cartridge. The problem with this is yes you can still get a lot of use out of it but people have told me that they have to keep replacing the atomizer because it keeps getting clogged.

I don't want to sit there and have to keep filling up the cartridge with liquid nicotine and having to worry about spilling the liquid nicotine all over the place.
