Fixing loose cartridges on an M-401 electronic Cigarette
This is a quick how-to for fixing loose cartridges on the Evo and other M-401 / 402 / 403 style electronic cigarettes. MAD props go out to Sun Vaporer from the E-Cig forum for telling me about this fix. If you're looking for an e-cig forum, find a good one at http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com

Your the man. That …
Your the man. That trick works great I just tried it and it works great but I used a paperclip was really tight but it also fixed my problem with my light goin off in the middle of a hit also. Worked out great.
Seems that cap …
Seems that cap somehow reduces the sensitivity of the battery. Not sure the physics of it but removing that and punching the tiny holes in the cap made a world of difference. Now I get sad when that battery dies.

cool! i know the plastic disk you mentioned so i might just give that a try!
I popped the end …
I popped the end cap off to expose the LED and then pulled the LED out whilst taking care of the wires. There was a plastic disk in there (contact shield, no doubt) which was HUGE…I cut that out and then scraped out some glue that was in there. After that I melted 3 clean holes in the cap and replaced it. My god, it's insane. It pumps out more power than the evo batts so I hget POWERFUL vapor and throat it. Love it.

Yes, you are correct. I have 3 evo batteries 2 evo atomizers 2 pilot atomizers and 1 generic 401 battery which I have now modified to the point that I like it better than my evo batteries
