NJOY Electronic Cigarette victory over FDA
The Food and Drug Administration is appealing a federal judge's ruling that the agency doesn't have the authority to regulate electronic cigarettes.
The FDA on Monday night asked a federal appeals court in Washington to immediately stay an order that prevented the agency from blocking electronic cigarettes from entering the country.

This is how it all goes down!..People with credentials contact/visit the FDA head, and have a? meeting, they talk about this new "threat" that will help people, but it will deplete a constant and present source of money, and then they put all that in a balance and guess who wins?..right!. by knowing that the FDA APPROVE ASPARTAME for foods a wile back, and all the heads of the FDA at that time are on companies that MAKE ASPARTAME, says a lot!. FDA it's a corrupt organization for generating money

do not get this electronic cigarette! the chargers do not work as stated in the booklet. the customer service is HORRIBLE! i got a green smoke electronic cigarette which works a million times better & has excellent customer service. njoy does not refund for dissatisfaction as stated 'satisfaction guaranteed', only offering replacements. so if you aren't happy with it, you are stuck with something you will never use. NJOY SUCKS!

Why wont the FDA just leave it alone? It's almost like them trying to murder us ex tobacco smokers by trying to "regulate" these. These are the same morons that allow up to a certain amount of rat in our cereal. Oh well as long as they dont win this appeal.
